For Elkhart Campground: Lousy wifi. Useless actually, but Verizon LTE was strong. Some gorgeous RV sites in front of the park near the office, with large old growth trees, shade and grass. Quieter near the front too because it's farther from the freeway. The newer section in the rear, abutting the freeway by mere feet, is a treeless parking lot of gravel and grass. Very clean park with friendly staff. .7 Mile to all kinds of shopping including gas, groceries, pharmacy and the like. Good water pressure and electric. 12 miles to major shopping district in Mishiwaka. We would stay here again but only for a night or two. The majority of the full hookup sites are in the new, treeless section nearest the freeway, and we despise freeway noise while camping.

For Elkhart Campground: The park has some nice spots, but has some that are really bad (where we stayed). Paid over $50 for something categorized as pull-through but couldn’t pull through if fully occupied…would have not had enough space between sites to extend sliders if next site had been occupied…no picnic table or fire pit in our area…loads of cigarette smoking in close proximity…no trees…filthy bathrooms, particularly the showers which were downright gross. Asked management about the condition of our area and received only a shrug. Use caution here - and carefully select your own space if you choose to go.

For Elkhart Campground: A large park in the middle of RV manufacturing world. Stayed overnight in our 38' 5th wheel in a pull through site. Had no issues and would stay again for a short stay.

For Elkhart Campground: It was late when we came across the campsite. Made a phone call and the owner met us there. The site is lovely and well kept with level pull through. There are 8-10 washers and dryers which was able to Handel some of our blankets. Our fur babies enjoyed the park too bad they didn’t have a pool for them as it was hot, lol. Just kidding. They do have a pool, mini golf, trails and showers which we did not use. Folks was pleasant and no noise at night. In fact it wasn’t very noisy during the day during our stay even with the construction of new sites but then again we was closer to the front. Only thing I didn’t care for was the well water, yuck, but thankful for it as we had some long hot showers so I am NOT complaining. One other thing to mention is there are slot of ant hills. We would definitely stay again!! .

Frequent Traveler

For Elkhart Campground: Nice RV park with long, level gravel FHU-50 amp sites. Have some back-in’s also. Some shade; some sun. Quiet if in a spot away from the road. Pool. Laundry. Wifi. Cable is extra. Picnic table. Owner is very accommodating and helpful. Check-in is EZ. Is in heart of the RV manufacturer and repair area. Great Amish furniture for RVs or homes near (Lambright, BraddandHall). Good RV parks place (Bontragers). Lots of fun things to see in the area. Have stayed here previously and definitely will stay here again if in this area. Very nice place. But be sure to spray for ants at RV to ground touch-points. (Had no ant issues, but saw lots of mounds.)

Doug

For Elkhart Campground: We stayed a couple of nights in November of 2020. The park was well maintained and owner was very nice and accommodating. We made it in late due to tire problems. Just a phone call and he advised to pick a site and check in the next day.

Kristi

For Elkhart Campground: We stayed one night on a cross country trip. Nice level gravel sites. Very large cg but good amenities. Free WiFi. Bathrooms were clean. The only negative was some road noise but not terrible. Easy on and out with pull thru spots. Would overnight here again
