For KOA Campground Richmond: Really awesome and friendly staff who suggested a repositioning of 40’ motorhome in way that allowed me to leave the Chevy suburban tow vehicle attached. That speaks to the huge size of the pull through sites! Pad was level. Only complaint is that no way this is a KOA “holidayâ€...we were just passing through for one night and it seems a lot of other people were doing the same...it’s right off of I70 and the highway noise is pretty significant. More of a stopover spot than a destination.

For KOA Campground Richmond: Very nice campground with very friendly people! Property is well maintained with level pull through sites. Some interstate noise, but wasn't bothersome to us. We stayed one night with a 42' fifth wheel. The office gave us a great recommendation for a bike trail nearby. We will be back the next time we're in the area.

For KOA Campground Richmond: Nice park. Gravel sites, but pretty level. Frog/mosquito pond on site. Nice trees. Some road noise but not too bad. Good cable and wifi. We were in a pull through and stayed connected for a one night stay.

For KOA Campground Richmond: All but for the slight road noise, this is a sweet park. We used the dump station, but would have preferred a FHU site. Leash rules are not enforced at all, and I'd have been very nervous taking my cats out or having a dog of my own on a leash, having been attacked before by a dog mistakenly believed to "never leave the campsite".
We overnighted in a 45' moho w/toad and would do so again.

For KOA Campground Richmond: Small pleasant Campground with a fishing pond. Sites are larger than typical for a KOA. If it wasn't for some background noise from I-70 it would be a very idyllic setting. Only downside is that the shower heads in the woman's bathroom are very low - anyone taller the 5 ft. would need to lean over to wash their hair. Hosts are incredibly nice and helpful.
