Paul

For Watersports Campground: We came here to see if the RV Park had changed because of a new owner. Nope. Everything is just as previously reviewed. Even the entrance looks like a mistake - flooded pot-holed “street” that says “Dead End”. It would be so easy to fill in the huge holes in the park roads or fix the picnic tables. The shelters and playground equipment should be removed. The biggest disappointment was Dodge City’s dry lake nearby filled with debris. How is that even legal? If the lake became an attraction instead of an eyesore, it might force some of the trailer trash to move out. If you just need an overnight place to stay, the FHU utilities will do the job. Unfortunately, the town doesn’t appear to have much to see.

Robin

For Watersports Campground: Fairly large campground that is basically a field. Lots of long term campers camped here. On the edge of town and not the best part. Fine for an overnight if just passing through. Better than Walmart!

Brian

For Watersports Campground: No water in the "Lake" for over 8 years. Not how the name pictured it at all. The roads in the park are dirt and are rough. Sites are grass, big and wide. Not much shade. Pull through with full hook ups. Cheap place to stay a couple of nights and close to tourist attractions. Hosts long term campers, mobile homes and overnighters. Next to old mobile home park, and industrial places. You pay for what you get. $24 per night. Accept Good Sam and AAA for discount.

Jean

For Watersports Campground: Agree with others on 1 star. No one at office. Drove around and drove out. We stayed at the New KOA just west.

Anoldman

For Watersports Campground: This is a nice no frills park with full hookups and level sites. Owners are very friendly and helpful too. We'd stay here again.

Katie

For Watersports Campground: Staff was very friendly. Cheap place ($20 with AAA, full hook up) to stay overnight. Park is a large dirt lot with minimal shade. Very old Mobile homes surround the park. The air smells like cattle poop. Neighborhood leaves much to be desired.

Msmith

For Watersports Campground: Literally on the wrong side of the tracks. No water in the "Lake" for over 6 years. Not how it is pictured at all. Sites are big and wide and pull through with full hook ups. Cheap place to stay overnight then, OUT. Next to old mobile home park, and industrial places.
