For Ellis Lakeside City Campground: This was a convenient place to stop and rest for the night. Cost $20 for the night and had a 30A hookup and water. The shower/restroom areas were clean, an older building and doable. Mexican restaurant at the off ramp was okay, but kids were running the place. We would camp here again as the sites were drive through and although there was a train close by, we slept well. Follow the blue camping signs as our GPS brought us in on the wrong street and on the other side of the river!

For Ellis Lakeside City Campground: What a diamond. Great little city park. Wind was beating us to death on 70. Stopped here for the night.

For Ellis Lakeside City Campground: Due to the highway noise and more specifically the very loud train nearby I would not recommend this site for tent campers unless you are really heavy sleepers. Does have great cottonwood trees.

For Ellis Lakeside City Campground: What a find! Stopped here based on other reviews and I'm glad I did! Quiet little park in a quiet little town next to a quaint river. Cute little playground for the kids and shower facilities to boot. All for $20! Plus there is free wifi!!

For Ellis Lakeside City Campground: Great city park with outdoor "feel." Sites are limited and first come first camp-no reservations taken. Local police came to introduce themselves and say "hello."-very nice! Bathrooms available and you are camped on the river. We stayed overnight in our 42 ft motor home towing jeep. Had to maneuver a bit to get satellite reception but we will definitely return. 20$/night-envelopes at Campground.

Susan and John

For Ellis Lakeside City Campground: Great stop about a mile off of I-70. Easy pull- throughs, good hookups, sites right on the water, clean and tidy. Would definitely stay here again. $15 rate for RVs in off season because of no water.

For Ellis Lakeside City Campground: Wonderful place. Pretty big trees shade the sites which are all easy pull-through. Roomy showers combined with dressing areas in bathhouse. Clean and safe.
30 amp and fresh water hookups, no sewer at sites.
