For Western Star RV Ranch: This is an ok overnight stop. I would say it truly needs some more work so folks will stay here. It is 5 miles off hwy 83. Trains do run all night long - earplugs are needed if light sleeper. People are not picking up their dog poop - pretty full in any grassy area. Grass……full of stickers :( and dog poop. The site is ALL gravel with NO trees to be found. For paying bring cash. It is $35 for cash and $38 for card. I asked about any discount and was told “it is already included”. So there ya have it! Would I stay again,…..only if this is my last choice. Probably not.

For Western Star RV Ranch: Very hard to rate this campground. Basically it’s a gravel parking lot with full hookups. No trees or grass. Just gravel. They advertise themselves as a nightly stop over, no long term, and that seems to be the case. There is a railroad track across the street that is well used. Friendly staff and OK for a stop over but you really don’t want to stay. Not much around Liberal either but a shocking number of hotels here.

For Western Star RV Ranch: This rv park was super nice. Well taken care of. I thought it was new but the owner said it was 17 years old. Long and wide level pull through sites. Would definitely stay here again.

For Western Star RV Ranch: Only stayed 1 night but the price is $32 ($34 if paying by credit) which I think is very reasonable. Every site has full hookups and the sites are nice and level. Nancy the owner is fantastic and very helpful.

For Western Star RV Ranch: This is a very good spot to pull in for a night or two. Just a large gravel parking lot with FHU at each site. The lady running it is very nice. Very clean laundry and bath house. Some long term residents but everything was clean and in tip top shape. Some noise from a highway and railroad but not excessive. Would definitely stay again. I rated it four stars because the place was so clean and kept up.

For Western Star RV Ranch: Nancy is great!! We stayed one night. Gravel area with many available spots - filled up a night. Grassy area around perimeter for dogs but no enclosed options. Trees would be nice as there is no shade and it was hot and muggy. This is an RV only place. Lots of mosquitos and flies - it is the season. Place is very clean and offers hot tub and laundry. There is also a small lounge area. Walmart not far away for supplies.
