For Cherry Hill Park: Great park, clean facilities, plenty of washers/dryers, cafe and friendly staff. This is the best park yet for me in month five of my cross country road trip

For Cherry Hill Park: Great amenities. Gravel sites with brick patio. Easy access to the metro bus on-site. On-site cafe with ok food that was convenient with hot breakfast or cereal/muffins, hot or cold sandwiches for lunch (didn’t try their dinner). Nice pool areas. They have a small outdoor movie area behind the cafe which was nice for kids. Their golf cart rental was convenient. We stayed on Appalachian Trail which is close to the interstate, but we heard traffic only a couple of times (a really loud motorcycle maybe?). Our sites were wide enough to feel like you were not on top of your neighbor, with some bushes between. Good dog walking area on the back side of the lake. Very, very helpful staff in the office where you can purchase metro cards, souvenirs, some staple groceries, and they had a large selection of RV maintenance supplies (even toilets!).

For Cherry Hill Park: 4 Stars for Allstays Review: Very nice grounds. Distinguishing point for Cherry Hill Park is access to public transportation (bus / train) into Washington DC and is close to restaurants, grocery stores and Home Depot. Stayed 7 nights. Great amenities including on-site café; 2 pools; hot tub kept hot enough!; sauna, nice laundry facilities, and bathhouse was clean and well maintained. Site was back in with room for Coach and tow car for parking. Good gravel coverage so no dirt tracked into coach. Site was level and fairly spacious. Good hookups set up. Would stay again and recommend this property.

Norma

For Cherry Hill Park: We just spent 12 nights here and will definitely stay here again! Facilities are clean and maintained. Check in was fast and simple—3 clerks were checking people in. All were courteous and professional. Cafe is clean and food was great—new manager. They hav a “Sightseeing Brief” every day. Free! Excellent Brief on how to get around DC. Metro passes are sold at the Campground and a Metro Bus starts/ends at the Campground. All Staff were friendly and professional.

April

For Cherry Hill Park: Amazing!!! Friendly staff, clean bathrooms and lots to do!!! Mini golf for $1 (gets donated to the kids hospital), swimming pool, splash park, tractor rides, movie nights! Also a city bus comes to the campground for easy assess to the subway, which can get you into Washington DC- if you don’t want to drive. We are putting this on our list to come back.

For Cherry Hill Park: Anyone traveling with an RV, it is perfect. Public transport from this park to anywhere in this part of the country, especially DC. Very clean, nice store and 2 nice pools. Nicest park we’ve used to date!

For Cherry Hill Park: We just spent a week here on spring break. Very nice, clean, and well-organized campground. Sites a bit close, but well maintained. Restroom facilities numerous, closeby, and very clean. Snack bar excellent. Just opened pool for season so we only used it one day, but very nice. Wifi excellent by campground standards. Sites gravel and fairly level; we did use block/ramp under front tires so Bigfoot would not pull front wheels off ground. Water pressure excellent. Easy access to DC metro rail which is 25 minutes into DC. Excellent campground; would stay again.
