For Wild Duck Adult Campground: Several reviewers said the park was hard to maneuver. I agree. It is not big rig friendly. We had to ask two people to move their pickups so we could turn into our site. There are plenty of trees so no satellite friendly sites. We suspected this but when they said they had cable we decided to stay because of several good reviews. What we found upon arrival was that you have to borrow a cable box to get Cable TV. That means you have to get to the television’s connection panel...which in our case would involve taking two of them off their wall mounts and pulling the big one off the televator. I saw this box deal several years ago in a park in Florida but it caused such hard feelings among transients that they upgraded to a more friendly system...like most parks now have. A cable connection at the power post and it works. Will not stay here again.

For Wild Duck Adult Campground: Wonderful setting in a great location with friendly staff and fellow campers! Children are not allowed contributing to it being a very quiet campground. It is small, but well maintained and kept park-like. The downside was relatively small and close sites and the road through it was pretty narrow in spots with relatively tight turns. All manageable with an F-250 towing our 32' Airstream, but there was very little wiggle room. Proximity to southern Maine attractions and exceptional craft breweries was a major benefit. Tidal marsh was useable for canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, but it's not an easy launch (steep with no dock) and watch for shifting tides so you're not paddling against them when you're returning. On-The-Vine Marketplace was great for provisioning and just down the road and be sure to get to Holy Donut early as the donuts were delicious, but the lines can get long.

For Wild Duck Adult Campground: We loved this place! The tall pines are beautiful and the park is very clean. Surrounded by salt marshes. Very quiet!

For Wild Duck Adult Campground: Very friendly managers, park is very clean, our site was pretty level. Some sites appear to be more spacious than others. Lovely flowers in bloom not only grounds maintained by campground but in pots from other seasonal campers. Very quiet area away from any main roads, yet also very convenient to Portland and Cape Elizabeth. Interior roads are paved but narrow, bumpy, and rutted - doable if you go slow. We camped in our 40 foot MH between a park model and permanent trailer and backed up to the woods. We would stay here again if we were in the area.
