For Acadia Seashore Camping and Cabins: Stayed here just after the new owners took charge. Great campsite with beautiful plots. Owners are lovely.

For Acadia Seashore Camping and Cabins: New owners bought this in June of 2018 so any older reviews don't pertain. The first thing they did was upgrade the wifi, and its the best we have Ever had, in 10 years of full time RVing.. New owners were great- we had a problem with our Jeep battery and he lent us a charger. Some of the sites are waterfront. Ours was, and was pretty level. Access roads are plenty wide, and there are big sites for large rigs. In the office he has a book with the local restaurant menus and one with local hiking trails. It was very quiet, and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay here again.

For Acadia Seashore Camping and Cabins: This is now called Acadia Seashore Camping & it is amazing! Large sites, beautiful waterfront-new owner Susan is doing a fantastic job of making everyone feel welcome! We spent a week there & loved it! Close to Acadia National Park & Bar Harbor!
Highly recommend this one!!

For Acadia Seashore Camping and Cabins: This campground is one of those hope for gems one comes across now and then. Not too big but plenty of space between sites. Laid out on a slope towards the ocean with a view of Cadillac Mountain in the distance. Campground is right off Route 1 with easy access. Friendly and helpful personnel. Large RV’s are parked on level full service sites up nearer the office. Smaller vehicles can use sites with water and electric down near the shore. Dump station nearby.

For Acadia Seashore Camping and Cabins: We came here as a treat to ourselves (we thought) to be on a site near the ocean. Well, to start off, when we arrived, we found that the park does not accomodate long rigs down by the ocean, those are reserved for small RV's which I was not told when I made the reservation and told the lady the size of our rig. Another point against them is they require a $50 deposit and when you arrive, they do not take a card of any kind. You must pay with cash or check. The lady in the large antique store (the office) is not very friendly, her husband is friendly and welcoming, but he does not work in the office.
We came for views of the ocean and mountains (like the park name says) but unfortunately for us, the weather turned gray and rainy the day before we arrived, Thursday, and stayed that way through our entire stay. So, we could not enjoy the ocean or the views at all, not the fault of the park owners, but unfortunate.
The price of the park at $42 a night does not reflect the facility nor the views, but at least, they have full hookups. Also, their signs are very difficult to see as you approach and you will go by it unless you know where it is. I would not stay here again, even if we come to Maine in the future. A huge disappointment and expensive at that.
