For Ocean View Cottage and Campground: I made a reservation over the phone on our way to Wells. I would NEVER stay at this campground if I had seen it first. I should have read the reviews before calling for a reservation, but believed the guy I talked to about this being a great place. The bathroom were under construction and the floors were filthy. The garbage looked like it hadn't been taken out in a week. The 30 amp electrical was on the passenger side and required an extension cord. The interior roads were narrow and dirt. The manager had an excuse for every complaint and refused my refund. We found very good accommodations at the Sea Vu CG down the road.
