For Sun Outdoors Wells Beach: This campground is in a beautiful area. We stayed in a FHU back in site. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they have a nice pool. It’s pricey, but it’s in a resort area so that’s to be expected. There is a trolley that makes a stop at the entrance of the campground. They have a very nice mini golf on site. Wifi is not good, iffy at best. AT&T is very poor in this area. Not really satellite friendly.

For Sun Outdoors Wells Beach: 3 Stars for Allstays Review. Just OK, nothing noteworthy. Great location (with McDonald’s right next door); grounds very nice. Site was not very level (front to back) so had to position our small 25 ft RV just right. Pull through site not long enough for both RV and tow car (connected) and was not particularly wide / spacious. Also they had that tiny cinder gravel that tracks into RV (did have artificial grass mats that helped a bit on the tracking). Needed more gravel coverage to cover soil. Bathhouse was nice and clean. Office store well stocked. Staff was helpful.

For Sun Outdoors Wells Beach: Booked a week here in one of their Premiere sites in a 40' fifth wheel. As I write this, the unit next to us has 2 dogs that bark incessantly, the unit across from us has clotheslines strung from trees, if you want to have guests visit you (even just for dinner), they charge $9 per person, and we were without power for 5 hours the day we checked in. The park grounds are very clean but when you pay over $60 a night and expect some peace and tranquility, this isn't the place to come. We complained to the office about the dogs but nothing was done. Would not come back here again.
