For Aloha State Park: Our site was plenty big with plenty of space between our neighbors. Boat launch in the middle of the park was odd.

For Aloha State Park: Jammed packed on the weekend.... as others have stated, you are on top of each other. Location is good close the the lake, 30 min. to Mackinaw. My site was clean, fit our 36’ trailer and truck, had a nice fire pit and a picnic table. No trees like other Mi parts but not really a big deal.
Electric only - $30/night was okay in a pinch when all other camp grounds are full.

For Aloha State Park: This is one of our least favorite Michigan State Parks. It is so much like an RV park with few trees. It is just an open field next to the lake where the site are all open to each other offering no privacy and campers are packed in. As we sit next to our fire pit, we feel we are intruding into the privacy of our neighbors, who are also near their camp fires. It may be great for the weekday camper, when the park is not quite so crowded but not the weekend campers.
