For Gull Lake Recreation Area: Beautiful heavily treed huge sites. Ours was almost 100 ft. Only paid $14 with access pass and have up to 50amp. Fire ring and picnic table. Firewood $5. Beach nearby and lots of trails.

For Gull Lake Recreation Area: I have stayed here twice. Site 16a has a hobby farm, or something similar, behind it. The horse neighed a lot but watch out for the very loud Donkey! Totally unexpected but very fun! The campground is clean and well taken care of. I stayed in site 2 my second visit. Loved the location, private and easy to back into. Close to shopping, Brainerd International Raceway, and a wide selection for dining. Will definitely return. Friendly park staff and volunteers.
