For Sinclair Lewis City Campground: Very nice lakeside park. Friendly hosts, clean level sites. Would stay here again when visiting this area.

For Sinclair Lewis City Campground: Lovely waterfront campground. Nicest hosts you’ll ever meet. Worth spending at least a night if you can.

For Sinclair Lewis City Campground: This is a lovely little city park, and we have stayed here twice. All sites slope down toward the lake, some more than others. The first time we stayed here in our 30-foot motorhome, we were able to level our rig. The second time, the front wheels were 7” lower than the rear wheels, and we could not level the rig with our blocks. We stayed only one night (with the slides in), then left. Another motorhome owner came to tell us that he had the same problem. The park was completely full, with nearly every site used by a towable trailer. It seems to me that the park is not suitable for motorhomes but is fine for trailers, which are leveled at the hitch rather than at the wheels. So if you tow a unit, we heartily recommend the park, otherwise we don’t.

For Sinclair Lewis City Campground: Beautiful park right on Sauk Lake. Back in and pull through sites with water and electricity. Some sites have sewer hook up, but they are mostly occupied by seasonals. Water and electricity pedestal are located at the front of the sites and are shared between two sites, so long water hoses and extension cord for the electricity are needed.
Sites are big and fairly level. Shade trees and access to the lake. Splash pad for the kids as well as nice playground. Toilets and showers are a little dated but clean. Storm shelter in the campground. Stayed in August 2017, and will stay again if our travels takes us that way again.
