For Lane Spring Campground: Beautiful, quaint campground, creek within yards of site. Forest service needs to prescribe burn, ticks were terrible. Picked about 20 off myself over a day.

For Lane Spring Campground: No frills NF CG. Spacious shady sites. $8.00 no HU, $15 elec (1/2 off for SA pass) many pads long enough for big rigs, road into park paved, but several dips across streams could cause scraping for longer rigs. Possible flood hazard with heavy rains. Pit toilets clean enough. Would be nice if host sold firewood; he did not even know where we could buy some.
