For Thibaut Point: I recently stayed at Thibault Point campground on the north shore of Harry S. Truman lake. If you are a tent camper, I would not recommend this campground. They have graveled the entire campsite, making it impossible to drive stakes into the ground. Also, unless you have a very thick and durable air-mattress, you will feel every rock under you. And then there's the water - it was brown. At first the attendant said to just let the pump run, but even a half hour of that did not clear it any. We ended up leaving a day early because of the conditions, so I would not advise any tent campers to stay here. Thanks.
