For Archusa Creek Water Park Pat Harrison Waterway District: One of the best campgrounds in the Pat Harrison Water District. Loop A seems better for larger rig with loop B a little tighter but great shady hardwoods on rolling hills. Pads are paved as well as camp pads. I only found one site that didn’t have sewer all the rest had full hookups.

For Archusa Creek Water Park Pat Harrison Waterway District: My family and I camps at Archusa EVERY year for the fall festival. We have alway looked forward to it each year until the confusion that occured this year. I called on Friday a little before lunch to see if it was okay for my husband to bring our camper. I talked to Gale and she said that it was okay. My husband got there and somebody was on our site. He called me and I called the office and talked to Gale and she said that she would get her boss to check it out and for me to call back in 10 minutes because she was really busy. I called back after about 15 minutes and she said that they had parked on the wrong spot and the lady's husband worked in Alabama so it would be after 6:00 before they could move the camper. I got aggravated because we had payed for the spot approximately three months in advance. She said there was nothing she could do about it but to call back and after she talked to her boss she would see what he said to do. I called back 20 minutes later and she "thought" that she put me on hold while she called her boss. She told him that I was on the phone blowing her phone up and that I was angry and she didnt know what to tell me. She was VERY rude about it and was talking about me to her boss in a very unprofessional manner. When she got back on the phone I let her know that I heard every word that she said and she said it had been a hell of a day. I am writing this because I feel that the ranger or whoever should check to see which camper's gets on what spots. This would avoid confusion. I have been camping there for 13 years and after the way that Gail talked to me I dont care anything about coming back. I will spend my money camping else where.
