For Raleigh Oaks RV & Cottage Resort: We only stayed one night so didn't get to enjoy the amenities. There are two swimming pools, hot tub, pickleball courts, mini golf, dog area, laundry etc., This place is very clean, sites are large (most are 70 feet long, plenty of space between your neighbors), Wi-Fi worked great for us. We couldn't get the Cable tv to work but that was probably the operator error and we don't watch tv anyway so no issue there. The only negative (and this is not park's fault but it's location. We in America, don't have easy connections to towns like, if you would want to ride your bike or walk to town for a cup of coffee or desert but again, this is America in general. Otherwise, great place to stay for a night or week and just relax. Would stay here again.

For Raleigh Oaks RV & Cottage Resort: We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean facility and quiet. Spent a lot of time in the pool and relaxing. Only our 4th trip with our TT, but we found this place to be very nice.

For Raleigh Oaks RV & Cottage Resort: Back for our 3rd stay.
Again, the park is in overall good condition. They are dry right now, but rain is an issue because they have a HUGE drainage problem and everything gets and stays wet and muddy for an extended period with ground saturation leaving puddles everywhere. They're sticklers about no carpets on the grass, even when the grass is dead and under water, so it can be an issue with providing a clean entrance to your rig. Rumor has it they are having it surveyed in the spring (2021) to see what can be done. Invest in a good surge protector, because every time we have been here they have had a surge and temporary loss of power where EVERYTHING reboots. We are here for my husband's job. If not for that we would not be in this area, which doesn't have much to offer.
It may interest you to know: There is constant surveillance. The Four Oaks police department makes its presence known with frequent drive-byes (some days I've counted 8-10 times). The park has NUMEROUS cameras and make no doubt about the fact that they have some troll watching screens just waiting for you to do something that they can correct. We know this for two reasons: 1) We threw away a rug in one of their two large commercial size dumpsters. Within minutes, my phone rang with someone inquiring about our actions and telling us that we would have to dispose of the rug elsewhere (nevermind that there were all sorts of household goods from others already in those dumpsters. 2) While playing with our dogs in a FAR rear field away from everyone and everything, the manager (Jay, retired Navy who thinks he is an MP) came all the way out on his golf cart just to tell us our dogs who where playing ball had to be on leashes. We were literally the only people and/or animals within sight. He had to have seen us on a monitor.
Something worth noting if you have a dog or two: they are not friendly about dogs. That's not to say their park is not dog-friendly because it is as far as 3 dog parks and numerous grassy areas, dog bags and trash in those parks, and a grassy area at each camp site. But be certain to walk out of your camper with your dog leashed because someone is watching and waiting to tell you about it if you don't. If your dog is skittish, know that you are surrounded by gun fire at all hours on any given day and that the 7 MPH park speed limit does not in any way apply to THEIR staff used golf carts.
My main issue is the lack of common curtesy. There is never a greeting of any kind. He just approaches telling you what his problem with you is at that moment in time. NO pleasantries at all. Makes you feel like you should feel glad they are allowing you to stay here. Perhaps Jay could use a course in hospitality management or maybe even a new carrier path as he seems miserable and manages this park and 2 others from the same owner.
And lastly, although their buildings all say masks are required, your won't find their staff wearing any.
Again, the park IS well maintained. Guess you can't have everything.

For Raleigh Oaks RV & Cottage Resort: We have stayed here two different two week stints(Oct 2020 & Nov 2020) and are returning for a month Jan 2021. This is a true RV resort, by definition, with many things to do to entertain the family: mini golf, basketball court, pickelball court with equipment, two different pools one with outdoor grill area and hot tub, a gym, billiards room with large screened TV, a library/TV room, a community kitchen room and 3 fenced dog parks with bag/trash station. Aside from the recreational amenities there are two bath-house and laundry areas that are clean, well maintained, and up to date. The entire park is gravel, including the actual sites. There are a number of cabin rentals and there appears to be a fair amount of long term RVers, but all sites are well maintained without a lot of exterior junk at the sites. Note that our first two stays were up front in the Premium area that has 8 or 10 sites. Our upcoming stay will be towards the rear of the park. We mainly made this change due to traffic as every camper has to pass through the "deluxe" site area to come and go from the park as well as to get to the trash dumpsters or any of the recreational facilities. Although these deluxe sites have larger yard areas, we would prefer to have less traffic for our dogs to relax a bit more. This is a well maintained park with a full maintenance staff. Although the park is convenient to the highway, it is not directly on the highway. However, road noise can be loud. For such a rural area, this park is not necessarily quiet, LOL. The location is about half way between Fayetteville and Raleigh-Durham. The reason(s) I am not giving 5 stars are due to road noise ( I know this is out of their control), drainage (many sites have issues when it rains), and problems with mail (the office was not helpful with getting priority mail that was attempted delivery 3x before I had to go pick up from the post office).

For Raleigh Oaks RV & Cottage Resort: I had really hoped this place was as nice as it advertised. It does have nice pools and facilities, just not the nicest staff and people who speed through at all hours (possibly drug activity but who knows). Good for an over night or weekend stay but long than that and good luck. Our site flooded from one end to the other when it rained and they would not let us move to a drier site because they were “fully booked†but there were dozens of empty sites we could have moved to. Had friends who were on the list for monthly sites but had pre paid the weekly rate so others got moved to the monthlies first so they could hold you hostage at a higher (double the monthly) rate. Even though we got wet feet walking to our vehicles after it rained they would not give any refund or better accommodations. Gave up on them being the least bit courteous and left with a $400 lose since their facilities were sub par and management even worse. If you need to stay longer than a week, find ANYWHERE else. A google review will have a video of the water issue they would not refund for if you want to see first hand.

For Raleigh Oaks RV & Cottage Resort: Place was nice, internet was NON-EXISTENT!!
Their response was “we haven’t had others complainâ€. When I complained again, they sent someone to our site who went through the basics with me and then I heard NOTHING.
Power went out as well.

For Raleigh Oaks RV & Cottage Resort: Stayed overnight on the way to Outer Banks. This place is VERY nice. I was kind of bummed that we did not have a day or so to just hang out and enjoy the place/amenities.
