For KOA Holiday West Omaha: Very over priced. Very difficult if not down right dangerous to get in the driveway! It's a sharp drop off a busy highway with speeding traffic with a sharp turn so big rigs have no choice but to go slow and hope someone doesn't T-bone you. We stayed 3 days before Labor Day and wanted to stay another night. They could only put put us in a full hook up 3 nights but we'd have to move for the 4th to a water/elec out by the highway. We decided it wasn't worth the effort to move so decided to leave. The campground refused to refund the last night. Knowing they were sold out and an empty spot would easily fill, I feel it's a poor policy. One that will prevent my return even if I was willing to risk the entrance again.

For KOA Holiday West Omaha: Clean facilities, staff was polite and friendly. Camp site was exactly what we were expecting based on the description provided when we made our reservations. This KOA is in a great location. It’s just down the road from a large open air mall, a McDonald’s and a gas station next to the McDonalds. Driving into Omaha was easy and wasn’t that long of a drive from the KOA. We will be staying here again in the future. 5 Stars!

For KOA Holiday West Omaha: This is a nice campground, well maintained but expensive at 80 plus per night. This is our second stay. We came last summer at the same time. I have one complaint, it is enough that I choose to no longer stay (give my business to) at this KOA. I keep a journal and note the same complaint last year as this one. Despite the nice campground and well maintained sites: The staff that work here could care less if you are here or not. No friendly smile li especially or warm welcome, only sour looks. Jane in particular is not a nice person. We witnessed her arguing with another camper that chose not to stay because of her unfriendly demeanor. Who needs that kind of attitude at 80 bucks a night after a long drive. The older gentleman that led us to our site, was as brothers by us as any. No smile no happiness. We tried to engage a little chat but he got in his cart and took off. Really! Kids went to buy ice creams, I got my wallet out to pay. Jane was there "hi Jane how are you today " trying to make light conversation, she looked up at me then down to her computer screen - and said "what are you trying to butter me up for?" I said "nothing, just happy to be here" she didn't say anything. So if you expect a warm welcome and friendly faces at this KOA, forget it. Otherwise I have no complaints, it is a nice campground.

For KOA Holiday West Omaha: I80 noise not good, but OK inside. Sites are very unenen, hard to get level. Sites are very close together. Entire site is a DUST hole. We were here in a 41 foot class A. August 2016. I would not stay here again.

For KOA Holiday West Omaha: Convenient and nicely shaded. Laundry room nice. Large playground area. Convenient to outlet mall. However, sites are very close and unlevel. You need a sewer support to get sewer hose up to level to dump. Also advertises chicken wings delivered to site on website and receipt, but they no longer do this. Husband was very disappointed.

For KOA Holiday West Omaha: Wonderful. Got in very late. We were self registering when the host came out to greet us. He assisted us when getting into our spot. Lovely campsite.
Maybe close to i80, but we were not bothered by the noise.
