For Fishberry Campground: Right off US83, 5 miles North of Valentine makes it a good base to visit Niobrara River and local WMAs. Fairly close to road some highway noise. Sites are gravel, fairly level, but oppose each other so you may share a strip of greenspace with your neighbor. Restroom and showers need a code and the laundry consists of 1 washer and dryer and has to be unlocked. Unfortunately at this time of year the office is closed. Fortunately young lady showed up at 7pm to check on campers at the office so we had her open the laundry for us. Didn't try using the restroom or shower. Stayed 4 nights and would do so again.

Donald Chamberlain

For Fishberry Campground: This is a nice clean friendly campground conveniently located off Route 83. The sites are close but we have been in ones that are closer. Our site was a level pull through. The staff were very responsive and helpful. We found that our 30 amp outlet at the pedestal was not putting out 120 volts and as a result our AC was not working correctly. When the staff looked at it he agreed and we switched to the 30 amp outlet of our neighbor since they only needed 50 amp on their side. The campground continued to attempt to resolve the issue with our outlet but agreed we should continue to use the neighbor’s outlet.

For Fishberry Campground: Pulled in, without reservations, in the rain and they were able to accommodate our coach. Friendly staff, and as this was a very short stay can facilities were very clean. Sites are long and level and they drain quickly. Outside of town and fairly quiet but I can imagine if warm, sunny it would be packed. Great spot for touring the area.

For Fishberry Campground: Great spot - extremely clean and well taken care of. Nice fishing pond where the kids caught (and released) lots of fish. A little close to the road as far as highway noise but overall a great little spot!

Morturf

For Fishberry Campground: First time here and will be back. The hosts were great. Very clean bathrooms. Remember that we are in the sandhills here. Not a lot of trees but the place was clean and quiet. Good room for pullthroughs. Hope to go back again!
