For Riverbend RV Resort: Don't waste you time or gas going to this RV Park. AS all the reviews state its run down, sites are small, Seasonal campers have taken over the park, the pool, use vacant sites for storage of vehicles and make their own rules. All the sites are overgrown or unfit for usage. The restroom facilities as well as the office are a joke. If you cant get a place in the Lakes region you are better off in Wal Mart parking lot than this place.

For Riverbend RV Resort: Good Sam recommended, but beginning to think those recommendations - at least on the East coast aren't to be trusted. First the good stuff:. The hosts were the sweetest elder couple ever and very helpful. ONCE we got ahold of the reservation office. The accommodations such as electric, Wifi, H2O and sewer were all as promised. Bathroom and showers were adequate as was the premises laundry. We were escorted to our site which was asphalt paved. Jill, one of our hosts kindly offered excellent touring recommendations in the White Mtn. National Park area. No gripes at all with the customer service at all - the hosts were wonderful. Now the negatives...the campground needs some TLC big time. Apparently, our hosts took the park over from one of their kids who did diddly with the property. Now they are struggling to bring the camp up to speed, but it appears to be uphill. The grounds are rundown, weedy, unmowed, the dumpster needs to be emptied and the pool and playgrounds need a lot of love. There are also a bunch of residents who are pretty rowdy way past quiet hours -- I didn't care so much because we're bikes and rowdy doesn't bother us but that kind of racket could offend and/or scare family campers. I get that our sweetheart hosts are doing their best, but they need help. I cannot recommend unless you really need a place to stay and, fortunately if ya do, you can likely get a reservation. Just keep calling until you get an answer.
