For Kona Beach Campground RV Park: While driving my seniors back from Robert's Arm after a beautiful picnic in Hazelnut Park, a few of my crew got short-taken just as we got on the highway. Stopped in to Kona Beach to use the bathrooms and got flagged by the gate....
ME: Hi I have a few seniors on the bus here who really need to use your facilities. Can you point me to your bathrooms please?
GATE CLERK: How many on your bus?
ME: There's 10 of us
HER: ok but you have to buy day-passes
ME:Seriously? You're going to charge the seniors a day pass just to use the bathroom? See you never again Kona Beach!!!
Eddie's Restaurant, a kilometre west from there, was more than happy to oblige.
I got no words....
