For Clovis RV Ranch: Agree with other reviews for the most part. Typical l slot camping with no frills at all. All that was provided at the site was hookups, but included cable TV. A picnic table would have been nice. Dirt sites but mine at least was absolutely level and long enough to accommodate my 35’ TT and truck. Sites are not wide but easily accommodate slideouts on both sides. Manager was very friendly and helpful. Didn’t use the laundry so no assessment. WiFi was pretty good, so a plus. Overall, not a bad spot to stop for the night but clearly not a destination.

For Clovis RV Ranch: Adding to the other reviews: Clean 4x4 laundry with new machines; $2.50 wash and dry. Wow.
We stayed overnight 11/14/2020. The park is well laid out, easy to navigate, and the staff was great. It's just a big parking lot, a block from the main drag, and 2 blocks from the very busy RR. Discipline in the park was lacking. Large dogs roaming unleashed, poop here and there. Someone sprayed our RV with coke overnight. Very T**** aligned live-in crowd, with a T**** sign at the entrance. 95% of the residents are long-term workers; and those sites were not being kept clean and neat. Hopefully this issue will pass, but maybe someone thought that Maine is just liberal? Why should that matter any way? I was disappointed. I have NEVER been treated like this before.

For Clovis RV Ranch: Stayed one night. Easy in and out. Level spots. Neat and clean. Lady in the office was super nice. Would stay here again. Some train noise.
