For Hidden Valley Ranch RV Resort: We did not get to stay there because currently they have a 4-5 day min stay requirement, and we only wanted to stay one night since we are on our way to Arizona. But, what a great spot for an RV Resort. Yes, you have to travel down a gravel/dirt road to get there, and the road travels through an open range cattle grazing area, but the resort/campground is not close to any major highway that has noise and or city light pollution. At night no doubt the stars would be amazing to see from this spot. From what we saw well maintained and laid out. If you plan a visit to this resort you'll need to book for 4-5 days minimum and you have to make a reservation, repeat you have to make a reservation in advance (says so on their sign). Nice courteous, friendly staff even when telling me we couldn't stay for one night. We'll certainly book next time!

For Hidden Valley Ranch RV Resort: 7 mile gravel dusty road back to park. Shannon and wife own the park and both are very accommodating. Sites are gravel and mostly level. Some of the people who come here have Quads and ATVs. Guests were most friendly. Good for Horses. Park is surrounded by BLM land. Cell phone use is non-existent at your site. Have to go up to the laundry building to get a signal in/out. Internet is extra at $2.00 per day. Had to leave due to my allergy kicking up because of the dust, which was not their fault. Good people and a good park.

For Hidden Valley Ranch RV Resort: Forgot to add, good Internet for $2 a day. Would give 5 stars if there were more trees for a little more summer shade. Prob nice in winter though!

For Hidden Valley Ranch RV Resort: Stayed here just one night, passing thru. Super nice family owned park. All spaces were pull thru and spacious for 160+ sites. We hear it gets packed in winter time, but only a couple trailers in late August. Great trails out side the gates to walk our 2 mid sized dogs. Nice hiking trails maintained in the park too, up to a water tank and a cool cross on their hill. Looks like it illuminates at night with solar. Bring cash or checks, no credit cards. Great library of books on local history. Apache, Fort and Butterfield trail in area. Don’t let 6 Miles of gravel scare ya, well maintained road to this nice park.

For Hidden Valley Ranch RV Resort: If you love peace and quiet and then this is the place for you. HVR is off the main road on a 7 mile dirt road, it is a decent road. The owners are hands on and Shanon will come and meet you and help in anyway needed when you get there, if he is available at the time you arrive. Otherwise he will stop by and see you as soon as he can. The people that stay there are very friendly and there are activities if you want them. It is a large ranch with miles of ATV trails.
