For Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs Resort and Spa RV Park: As said by others, Campground is way overpriced, and awkward (spaces tight, hookups on the wrong side, no shade). Trails to ruins really interesting but no information provided so you have to do your homework. Staff not overly helpful or informative but polite. Literature says No Pets on premises but everyone has dogs. Literature and signs say masks required but no one wears them. Signs say whisper only in spa but everyone chats. Hot spring pools are really nice. Ridiculous extra charge for dump at $20!

Deb

For Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs Resort and Spa RV Park: Stayed two nights in the RV Park and enjoyed soaking in the mineral water. We have a 40’ RV. We were in site 20. Our site was a good size and nestled in the trees. It’s a little tight getting through the campground but manageable. There is a spot to park outside of the general parking area when you arrive. You do have to walk to the lodging office to check in. You also get a discount to the spa if you stay in the RV Park and have extended hours to visit the spa. Yes, the dump is an extra fee, just plan to come with your tanks empty. There is a church parking lot outside of the spa property where we hooked up when leaving. We at dinner at the restaurant on site, which was very good. We would stay here again.

For Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs Resort and Spa RV Park: Each time we come here it is worse and worse. There is no upkeep on the campground and it makes it hard to get in and maneuver and then there is no nice area to hang out. Like others have said it is just soft dirt and crappy picnic tables sitting off in the weeds. This is absolutely the last time we stay here. It is better to stay north of Santa Fe and drive in for a soak. They don’t deserve the $40 a night.

For Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs Resort and Spa RV Park: We stayed here specifically for the Mineral Hot Springs which we enjoyed each night! Campground is basically just dirt. Very primitive. Tight parking, picnic table provided. Camping is expensive, dump extra 20.00 fee. Unfortunately, we did not have opportunity to hike any of the trails.

Rita

For Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs Resort and Spa RV Park: Worst place we stayed in during our 4000 mile trip through several states. As stated before the campground is like an afterthought with no consideration for RVers! The very small coed bathroom is nice though!

Buford

For Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs Resort and Spa RV Park: So I guess if your going to the spa, I guess it would be nice, we just needed a night to stay, the camp ground is not setup to be all that user friendly, only a few 50 amp spots, the map shows ur right next to a river or creek, but your cannot see it and it’s fenced off. The dump is a $20 upcharge to the 40 already charge so that’s a bit much. The staff are super friendly but the place is a quite healing retreat and while they don’t advertise it, I assume they aren’t real kid friendly. Unless just for an overnight, I wouldn’t stay here again unless I needed too.

Bohdi

For Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs Resort and Spa RV Park: The campground is an afterthought here. The springs are great and the Pueblo ruins walk with the scattered pottery is unusual. The campground is strange. First, you need to park in a parking lot while blocking cars and then walk to the registration desk to register. At $40 per night it is WAY overpriced. Then walk back to the campground entrance and enter the gate code. The sites are small with water and electricity. To sanitary dump costs an extra $20. WTF? Our site #20 indicated it was reserved for the night so we went all the way back to the desk and was assured it wasn't? Ripped the tag off the post and hoped someone didn't kick us out. We unhooked and then learned the water valve is broken...no water. We used our tank rather than going through the rigamaro of hooking up again. WiFi essentially doesn't work here. Neither of us could surf.
