For Cebolla Mesa Campground: Beautiful views at the top of junction of the Rio Grande and the Red River which is accessible via a well managed one mile long 600-900 ft down to the banks. There are a few camp fire rings and shelters down there too.
WARNING - The road is almost impossible after a same day rain with gooey clay that caked our Jeep Grand Cherokee tires with about an inch.

For Cebolla Mesa Campground: Great little campground with awesome views of the Rio grand river. We camped here with a jeep trailhawk and 21 ft travel trailer. There were a few ruts in the road but it's less than four miles to a hwy there is a pit toilet and a couple of trails the sites have fire rings and picnic tables but there is no water. With my verizon phone I can get three bars 3G which is pretty good for a remote area
