C Parks
For Bosque Birdwatchers RV Park: Quiet, easy place to park. Right outside the Bosque del Apache NWR so it's the best place to camp for dusk fly-in and dawn fly-out. Manager is friendly and respects campers' privacy. Will definitely stay here again.

For Bosque Birdwatchers RV Park: This campground was closed for a couple of years but recently has been re-opened by the same owner/manager. It is a very basic, but comfortable, campground with full hookups and a pair of small bathrooms. Spaces are large enough to accommodate any size rig in the open graveled area. It is a very quiet and peaceful place except for the occasional train that zips past. The main attraction for this campground is its proximity to Bosque Del Apache National Wildlife Refuge.

For Bosque Birdwatchers RV Park: I'm sorry to say that this park is closed, and for sale. About a mile up the road is a smaller park, owned by a relative. Very friendly and helpful people.

For Bosque Birdwatchers RV Park: This is a gravel parking lot with hook-ups. It is in the country and is quite and open and well kept. Owner is very helpful and friendly. Great location about 4 mi. off the interstate on paved roads. Near the bird refuge and a good place to stay if you are going to the Trinity test site which was our reason to stay.

For Bosque Birdwatchers RV Park: Great location for watching birds at Bosque del Apache reserve. Small campground, friendly manager. Very decent prices. I slept overnight in my car .. was too cold for tenting. Only complaint was that i could hear mice jumping into my engine... knawing on things as i tried to sleep. Not good! But i guess not much can be done to remedy that... i'm parked in the wilderness. Very close to train, went by a couple times at night.
