For Whites City RV Park: I am basing my rating on the other options in this area. This place is by far the best choice if you are going to Carlsbad Caverns. It is gravel but it doesn’t feel like a parking lot. There are mature trees, picnic tables and friendly staff. It feels safe and was very quiet the night we stayed. There are pipe workers here but they are friendly, knowledgeable about the area and quiet. I did not even hear them start their trucks in the morning. They aren’t driving heavy equipment or semi’s, just pick up trucks. Is it the nicest campground I have ever been to? Not at all, but there is nothing wrong with it. If you need a place with electric, sewer and water that is near the caverns and quiet and comfortable it gets the job done very well. The manager also patrols the grounds often to keep things in good order.

For Whites City RV Park: Well, the other reviews are quite right except I had no problem with the Wi-Fi. Definite drilling type repetitive sounds in the night but I slept through it. Like a rapid da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da. Then a break for a few seconds and then the pounding again. There is not much here. Everything was closed the whole time we were there. Our space,P9, was narrow and on the main road into Carlsbad Cavern park. It’s a very conveniently located park but not a great place to stay. There is a nice little park with some green grass that was helpful for our dogs, otherwise it’s all gravel.

For Whites City RV Park: 3+ stars - The new owners are working hard to refurbish and update the facilities. We stayed 1 week in full hookup site with 35’ class A and toad. Site was very level and clean. Bathrooms and laundromat very clean with new equipment. Convenient and quiet with reasonable prices. Would stay here again

For Whites City RV Park: Stayed there for a week. Gravel parking that is fairly level, but packed in like sardines. They have a parking lot that faces the main road that contains about 10 back in sites.
We try to rate parks on several criteria:
Bathrooms were clean, but did not have individual showers, instead the had a room with 4 shower heads that were communal.
Staff was friendly enough, but did not have knowledge of what sites were in use. They assigned us a site, and I had to go back cause someone was in it, so they gave me a new one.
Wifi was mostly just ok, we had some issues during a wind storm. Cellular works ok in a pinch.
No dog run, and no one picks up after there dogs as there are piles literally everywhere. And be careful of walking your dogs on anything resembling grass, as it is full of stickers and goat heads.
Most of the park are permanent Oil workers, and they seem to be ok, but the trucks idling for awhile early can be disturbing.
We ate at the local Cactus Cafe, and the food made us sick, and the service was terrible.
Finally, Carlsbad is the only close town, about a 25 minute drive away. for a town of 40,000 people they have over 170,000 living there working, so it is extremely crowded and busy.
Overall was not absolutely horrible, but we cannot really recommend this park except for in a pinch.
However, the Caverns were a great joy, and we loved being able to go there, and sitting bull falls is gorgeous.

For Whites City RV Park: The phone # listed on allstay rang and rang. Found another number on line that worked. Definitely stop at gift shop to check in. Entrance to actual camping area is about a tenth of a mile down the road. The entry is a one way that has a sign posted exit only/tire damage. Disregard that. You can enter and exit there. The spaces are very close together. They are easy pull thrus so it’s not critical. Otherwise it’s a good place to park for the night to visit Carlsbad caverns as it is on the entrance to the park. Cable was iffy. Internet good. I would stay here again. Very pleasant customer service

For Whites City RV Park: For$44 a night we got a parking lot site, hookups with the dump at the back of the site, a shower that was one room for toilet, sink, shower, no heat, a rotting door kept shut with a rock, and a drain in the middle of the room.
The convenience to the Caverns was the only thing this has going for it.
