For Grand Sierra Resort Casino and RV Park: This casino is the old MGM hotel which then became Bally’s and then the Reno Hilton and is now the Grand Sierra. It’s always been second rate, and not very nice in my opinion. Not many choices in Reno, unfortunately.

For Grand Sierra Resort Casino and RV Park: I arrived after the office closed and had to hunt down the Hotel front desk to check in. No direction how to get there from the RV park side. They gave me a pass card twice because the first two didn't work. And it is a long distance to walk. Then I found the restroom by our site was closed and had to use the restroom and showers on the far side of the park. The site was OK but a lot a Goat head stickers in my site. When I check in I was told the reservation fee would be refunded but that never happened. I believe I was charged $100.00 for my one night stay. I was expecting a better place for the money. A positive about the park the site was a pull through. The park is big and with a little more maintenance and a upfront pricing it could be a good place to stay.

For Grand Sierra Resort Casino and RV Park: The site is nothing special but has power, sewer and water. We stayed in the gravel area and it was pretty empty. Homeless camp behind the casino on the walking trail but that’s not the casinos fault. The staff was very helpful and polite. This is a good place to park overnight. It’s close to the airport. The casino is a typical Reno establishment but I found the staff to be pretty friendly.
Don’t expect beauty, good over nighter. I was in a small camper van.

For Grand Sierra Resort Casino and RV Park: This place is a dive. Considering how nice the hotel appears from the highway, I expected the RV Park would be a reasonably kept facility. Instead this is my idea of a third-world RV park. A concrete slab in a giant parking lot devoid of any sign that a least a few pennies out of every dollar the casino makes goes into this RV area. Dog crap everywhere. No internet, although they say they have it. The road into the place has one sign but at the critical junction no indication to turn right or go straight. FYI, if you go straight you end up in the employee parking lot. Tried to dump black tank, sewer backed up violently ejecting my hose and many gallons of black tank contents all over utility hook up area and mostly under the RV. Had to try and get a hold of someone in the hotel by phone because office is closed in the middle of the day. Engineering came out and snaked the line and the RV Park Manager came over a and said kids probably put soda or beer cans in hole to be funny. Haha. Entire area had to be washed and sprayed with bleach. No place for swill to drain so Brown trout just floated down the gutter a ways and left to rot in the cold sun. The next day the main water line burst underground and proceeded to form a mini Lake Tahoe under my rig. Two positives: Josh the RV Park Manager knows he was dealt a losing hand after he took the job and tries his best. He comped me one night MINUS the resort fee. You'll never get out of paying saying that. Also the guys from Engineering were great and if it had not been for them I would probably have malaria. Stay away.

Katrin
For Grand Sierra Resort Casino and RV Park: By far the worst RV Park I have ever stayed in, especially considering that I was charged nearly $ 100 for the night.
Nobody picks up the phone or returns messages.
I arrived after the office had closed and a sheet of paper indicated my site number, which however turned out to be impossible to find due to the fact that the site numbers have no lights. I ended up pulling into a random empty site in the utterly depressing gravel lot.
For a bathroom key I would have had to make a 10 minute trek in the dark to the main hotel, and on top of that the place had no WiFi whatsoever. The place is a real disgrace!!!

For Grand Sierra Resort Casino and RV Park: We stayed here on our last night of a two week camping trip. It is basically a parking lot with hookups. The staff was very friendly and we were able to use all the facilities at GS resort pool ect. The only real complaint I have is the signs directing you to the RV Park. We ended up in a employee parking lot that was dicy to get my 34ft toy hauler out of. I would do an overnight again but would not recommend for a long stay with kids.

For Grand Sierra Resort Casino and RV Park: I wanted to express my TOTAL DISCUSS regarding you RV park. We had been on a 3 week vacation and this was our last nite of our trip. This was by far the WORST RV park I have EVER stayed in. I will not recommend this place to anyone. You need to take issue with the Homeless issue you have and for the cost we paid it should also include cable TV. But most of all you need to insure you RV office is doing their job. There was no one there to check us in...they were gone to lunch and closed their door. You Ned at least 2 people working in there. Also I called the RV park with the phone number proved by Allstays app....left 3 messages and no one called me back. I had to call the hotel and they wanted to transfer me...I told them NO because I left 3 messages and I was on the road. They were kind enough to take my reservations and $$$ but I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN
y have lost a customer and you will not be getting a good review from me on allstays or any other app you are associated with.
I am discussed and disappointed with everything regarding this RV Park
