For Southwoods RV Resort: This is a great family gathering place. Lots to do. We were here mid May and it was busy. Nice facilities, friendly staff. Great for RV’ers. Just not for us. Noisy, though quieted down after 10. Lots of kids running around, dogs barking and people driving around in golf carts. Campground is very well lit. Folks really seemed to be having a good time. More of a resort feel then a campground feel.

For Southwoods RV Resort: Very pleasant environment. Nice facilities and good staff. Well maintained and managed. On nice nights when everyone has their air conditioning off you do here a train in the distance, a white noise generator may help ao those nights. Pool is good. The office has a list of places to go and activities to do in Rochester. On checkin the man at the counter suggested the Eastman House and Museum. He was right on. We stayed in a 40 motorhome, back-in site, 50A/W/S. Lots of room to maneuver with long areas to park you towed in front. On departing there are some low hanging branches (we’re just over 13’) so stay in the middle and go slowly. Wifi is better than most. Fullish park and we were able to get 6MB up and down. We’ll be back.

For Southwoods RV Resort: This large campground has nice large sites, easy to navigate. Many seasonal sites which are VERY well kept up, but still a lot of short-term sites available. Lots of activities onsite which is good since they’re fairly remote. No dog park - however there is plenty of room to add one, which would be a big plus to let dogs off-leash and exercise (and would earn 5 stars from me). Wifi was good. Overall a very nice campground, would choose it again.

For Southwoods RV Resort: Just there for an overnight stop. Not too far off the Interstate. There is another campground closer to the Interstate that we stayed at before but it is not nearly as nice as this one. Well worth the extra few miles of travel for this one. Grounds are clean and well manicured. With the Good Sam discount it was very well priced. Definitely would stay there again.

For Southwoods RV Resort: We came to this RV Park from a blog I follow and we needed a place that was close to Rochester to visit our Daughter and this place was awesome. It was very clean and well maintained you could tell that the owners really cared about the campgrounds. They have 2 pools one had adult only time which is nice for some of us that don't have kids anymore. They have a nice playground and big play area for the kids but the camp was always nice and quite.
I can't san enough about the staff when we arrived they were very friendly and welcoming. We stopped in to make some more reservation for later in the year and to inquire about next year because we liked to so much and they were very helpful. But the icing on the cake was when it was time to leave the battery on my truck was deak and of course my jumper cables were at home. I when to the office to see if they had any for sale or a pair I could borrow. They didn't have any to sale and they looked for a set for me to borrow but couldn't find any. I told them it was ok I have AAA I will just call them and have them come out, they would have none of that they told me that they would make some calls and have someone bring me a set of jumper cables in a few mins and I can just go back to my site and they would take care of that, and 5 minutes later a gentleman came with a charger and jumper cables and saved my day. Now that to me is going way above and beyond but that is the kind of place this is. We will be going back here as much as we can.

For Southwoods RV Resort: We stayed here for a quick overnight. Nice clean park with level pull-thru's. Beautiful manicured lawns. Seasonal park model residents were very friendly. Located about 7 miles off of I-90, but real easy to find. Good Sam discount. I would highly recommend this campground.

For Southwoods RV Resort: This is one of our favorites. We do a lot of traveling all over the USA and we keep coming back to Southwoods. It's clean, quiet and friendly. Just the way I like it!
