For Letchworth State Park: Great place, roads are good, sites level, new single stall bathrooms with showers, 6 per campsite loop. Pets allowed only 2, in specific loops. We were there in a dry summer and the falls were still awesome. The views over the gorge are spectacular. One of my favorite N.Y. St. Pk. You do need a dinghy to see the whole park, it is long and narrow. Can accommodate big rigs.

For Letchworth State Park: Great park! Not sure it is worthy of "best state park" as it was called in 2015, but it's really unique and beautiful.
For tent campers, camp site is far away from tourist stuff in the park, for some this might be good or bad.
The gorge is breathtaking, and the waterfalls are too.
Worth your time for sure!
