For Kenisees Grand River Camp and Canoe: We booked two nights ; when we arrived in our 40’ class A towing, we found the sites were very unlevel. None of the sites we saw were level. The lady I checked in with was very understanding and told me tells anyone with a large rig not to come here. I said I wish that was the case with the person that took my reservation and that it should be on the web site. I don’t know how the previous reviewer said they leveled their 42’ coach. I was refunded all but $10 of my total payment; which they usually don’t do and referred to a different park. Ok, that said, this park deserves 5 stars for beauty, service, friendliness, etc. but don’t bring a big rig!!!

For Kenisees Grand River Camp and Canoe: Our site was nice and there were lots of activities. However, I had tried several times to call ahead and let them know we had mechanical problems and would only stay one night. I had no return calls. When I did reach someone she was less than polite. We were charged for both nights. There was no sense of accommodation. We will not stay there again.

For Kenisees Grand River Camp and Canoe: Wow, very happy with our stay here. In a 42 ft Class A and had pull throughs close to swimming lake. It’s June and there were many sites open.Friendly staff. We called ahead and they gave us the code for the gate. Used 50amp, water and septic on our site.
