CraigT
For Main Areas 1-2-3 - Salt Fork State Park: Arrived on an icy nite in mid November. Quick checkin. Perfectly level site! Roomy grassy lots. We were in C-4. Nice trees. Well manicured roads. Lots of trails. Huge beach for summer visitors. Largest state park in Ohio. One of few open year round. We are anxious to return. Appeared to be very well maintained.

For Main Areas 1-2-3 - Salt Fork State Park: We spent 2 nights here in September in the F loop and really enjoyed ourselves. There was a good amount of space between the sites and all looked relatively level. Bathrooms and shower houses were clean. We enjoyed kayaking and saw a pair of bald eagles, an osprey and lots of great blue herons and cormorants. We would love to come back and explore more of Ohio’s largest state park God-willing.

DaVida
For Main Areas 1-2-3 - Salt Fork State Park: In June ticks were quite abundant, staff gave us a wallet size tick id card at checkin. Several campsite loops to walk in, instead of overgrown trails thru (tick infested?) woods surrounding lake. Our site E19 was level enough. Our loop had only a toilet facility, showers were a walk away into another loop. Resort dining hall is beautiful, food adequate. Steep road down to beach and boat ramp for campers only. Quiet at night. Relaxing.

For Main Areas 1-2-3 - Salt Fork State Park: We stayed overnight on our way home. Pro... Clean campsites, level with elect. Plenty to do in a very large park. Con.... Restrooms and showers are dated and have poor design.
