For Little Glasses Resort and Marina: we rented a boat from them for 12 hours for $350 and it broke down an hour and half after we got it and they still charged us for the full 12 hours, would not exchange it for another boat (even for another day) and charged me another $500 for towing without my knowledge or consent.
