For Applegate Cove: This place is amazing. The views are amazing from every campsite. The only issue I have which now that I know I just bring it with me is in the restrooms there’s no soap and no paper towels or anything to dry your hands with. The showers if there’s more like high school gyms but there are not many people here in May. I will definitely put this on my favorite list especially being a senior it’s $10 a night with water and electric. You can’t beat that especially with the views.

For Applegate Cove: Easy access off of I-40 & paved roads in. Gorgeous sunsets as reported by previous reviewers. Upper sites have great spacing, lots of trees, & paved sites. Plenty of room at each site(upper level), table, fire pit& electric hook ups. Very few others campers here in mid November. Didn’t use restrooms & showers. Will definitely come back here to stay.

For Applegate Cove: Nice COE campground. Beautiful views of the lake and sunset from the campground. We were in space 27 which is closest to the lake. Electric only, water is available but has to be carried. The lake is very shallow here, so not great swimming. There is a pier and next door a marina facility of sorts. Lots of room for boat trailer parking. Big shady trees.
