For Wheatley Provincial Park: The park is very nice and in a lovely area. Would stay again. Just be aware that if it has rained heavily in the last day or two the sites might have very wet spots. They’ve done well to add gravel to the driveways on many sites. This spring (June 2019) the beach area is non-existent due to high water levels of Lake Erie. This has affected many beaches in Ontario this year.
Staff are nice, other campers were very quiet. It wasn’t their busiest weekend, but still a lot of campers and no serious noise issues. Except from nearby motorcycle club one week night until 9pm :(. But still would go back.

For Wheatley Provincial Park: We stayed in the Highlands Campground area in a C Class Motor Home. About half the sites have electrical hookups but there is one power post for two campsites so make sure you bring some long extension cords. Most sites are large and secluded but we did have a problem finding a level one. Not really bad but just enough to be annoying. We would stay here again.

For Wheatley Provincial Park: This is a large provincial park with several campground loops. We stayed in the Boosey Creek Campground, which offers sites without hookups but have a nice feel to them because they are more "in the woods" than many parks offer. Riding through the park on our bikes, we found many of the campground loops offer nice spots. The "premium" sites are close to the water. If you get a chance, take the footbridge from the campgrounds to the beach on Lake Erie for a nice stroll. Friendly staff and the park seemed clean and well-maintained. They have water available for RVs in the park and although they only have single unit at their dump station, it also was well-maintained. The Point Pelee National Park is only about 30 minutes away and since they don't allow camping there, this is a good alternative.
