For Arrowhead Provincial Park: June 25 - 26/16
This a lovely park to visit, but for us, the camping was not so good. We knew going in that the site had no water but is had electricity A 100 FEET AWAY - that's after a 20 minute search in the forest to find the hydro hook-up. After two separate trips to the park office and standing in line forever I was able to rent two cheesy 50' extension cords that gave us a tenuous 15 amp service. Oh yeah, I had to give the girl a $45 deposit for each cord.
So, the lesson to be learned from this, call the park and ask them what the distance is from the campsite to the hydro hook-up.
