For Portside RV Park: Paved roads and sites. Roads are narrow as are sites. Very limited WiFi. Beautiful and clean restrooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of full timers.

For Portside RV Park: Loved this little RV Park. Very clean. The people in the office were very nice and helpful. The sites were really kept well. Slab cement site. No gravel or grass. Very clean laundry facilities and bathrooms with showers. Pet friendly. Short walking distance to the beach and shops, restaurants. We could see the ocean from our site.

For Portside RV Park: We selected Portside after looking at numerous online reviews of the RV parks I'm Brookings. This park is located on the side of a hill. They assigned us to a spot located between two rows of park models. The road is so narrow and we almost clipped the roof of a park model trying to leave enough room to turn into the assigned spot. Site is so narrow the picnic table is shoved up against the block wall with barely enough room to walk by our trailer. Sites are too close for comfort. Barely enough room to squeeze our truck across the front of our site. We will not stay here again.
