For Sea Ranch RV Park: They quoted me $75 a night plus tax with one night being in a 15A site. It (supposedly) was the last site available and they certainly have the right to charge what they will but I declined based on reviews from this and other sites - did not seem worth it.

For Sea Ranch RV Park: This is just kind of an fyi for van campers. I have a minivan, and all vans are required to stay in “RV” parking. I understand the intention of the policy, a lot of people have really large vans these days, but its just good for future campers to know. If you have a minivan, you will be setting your tent up next to your van im a very crowded area with no privacy and being charged for water/electric because management/staff has no discresion to allow minivans with tents to use the tent sites. As for amenities etc, its in a really good location, the bathrooms have showers but they are dirty and in disrepair as is the campground in general. A lot of this might be due to covid, but I kinda doubt it.

For Sea Ranch RV Park: Loved this place! Okay, it’s not for everybody...but PERFECT for us. It had what we needed for Cannon Beach: walking distance to town & ocean, close to park (Ecola), convenient site (we parked our Class C 24ft in #4). The poor lady in the office was all freaked out about C19–and you couldn’t go into the office — but grace on that. Everything was closed (laundry, store) and she grilled you about C19 when you called — but the campground was super cool with old log buildings, mixture of tent, RV & cabins...and HORSES!! You might think it was rundown...I absolutely loved the place & will be back! Perfect for Cannon Beach.

For Sea Ranch RV Park: Took a gamble on this place boy was it a bad bet. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The cabins are small, the spaces for trailers are even smaller and compact. Also they charge extra for kids unbelievable. And there massage place canceled our appointment on my wife’s birthday while we were staying there stay away from this place at all costs.

For Sea Ranch RV Park: Very tight spaces and very busy park. No amenities for $60 per night, but clean restrooms. Laundry only had 1 (of 3) working washer. Walk to town and beach was easy. Not many choices here.

For Sea Ranch RV Park: Overall a clean park near town and the beach. The reason I booked with them was the proximity to the ocean. When I called before I booked, I was told it was a short walk to the beach where we could surf. Sadly this was not the case or our ideas of a short walk are vastly different. It was a good 25 minutes hike to the ocean which is tricky carrying g gear and having little ones with you. Has I known it was so far, I would have opted for another park. It is very tight, both the sites and the ability to drive and park. I am beside the road at the entrance and had to block the main intersection into town to back into the site and our trailer is only 23’. There is only one road in/our so I had another rig blocking the road waiting for us to unhitch before they could get past. Very stressful and frustrating for us both. Lots of wild rabbits and the kids loved visiting the horses at the stables. Overall impressions are that it is overpriced considering the price includes only two people per site! We had to pay $4 each for our children and another $4 for our dog for each night. I am still shocked about this as we have stayed in dozens of RV parks all over Canada and America and never encountered an extra few for kids in my own RV. Outrageous. I think it’s too much for what the park has to offer considering how squashed in we are, no wifi at the site, the age and condition of the park and the location. I will look elsewhere next time I’m in Cannon beach.
