Stewarts
For Quosatana Campground: For many years this would have been a 5 star plus review. However, the state got to involved in management and it really has taken a dive. We still visit here but less frequently. It really is a beautiful
spot along the Rogue river that is a short walk getting to. Deer, turkey, bald eagles and Osprey. Most of the bathrooms are inoperable and the grounds have not gotten the attention that they used to have and are in need of. Very disheartening. Still a place to visit and if its your first one you will know nothing different.

For Quosatana Campground: This is a beautiful campground, right on the river, well maintained, many trees, but some sites in the open. There are some areas where it's pretty tight and low. Many of the spaces are short, meant for camping, not RVs, but there are some longer spaces. It's a little over 20 minutes to 101. One the nicest USFS campgrounds we've seen.

For Quosatana Campground: This is a quiet jewel on the Rogue River. No one but us and the hosts when we camped. Maybe difficult to get in if you are very long or tall in the treed area. Clean, clean, clean. You can take a 4x4 or walk down to a long gravel bar to fish, sun, play in the river, or explore.

For Quosatana Campground: Great campground. Right on the Rogue River and lots of treed sites and open sites to sun if that is your thing. There is a boat launch as part of the campground so you will hear Jet boats being launched early in the morning and being hauled out at sunset. The setting is gorgeous and the restrooms are very clean. No showers and water needs to run a bit before using to get the rust out of the pipes. The drive back to the campground is beautiful and snakes along the River. You can return to 101 via a loop on the other side of the river if you cross the small bridge about a 1 mile west of the campground. Very scenic and highly recommend. Tons of boat and fishing traffic in early-mid May. Appears to be lightly used for overnight camping.
