For South Beach State Park: Like noted by others trees overhanging our spot scrapped on the roof and prevented opening awning and one slide. The park ranger Adam was super allowing us to change location and trimmed branches for us. My main problems, only one clean out station for a giant park with several hundred spots and only one trash location at the entrance. We were in the park the end of May into the first of June the Mosquitos were unbearable! We could not go outside in the evening and opening the door resulted in them in the unit all night. Park is really showing it's age. We were in a 37 ft class A motorhome.

For South Beach State Park: This state campground is the worst one i have ever stayed in, it is living in the dark ages, great place for a tent trailer or pickup and camper, but way to brushy for a larger motor home, the park people have no idea where they are putting you for the convenience of parking a larger motor home, had to have limbs cleared to get out after scratching up sides while parking, won't be back!!
