For Pacific City RV: We stayed her Aug. 7-10, 2020, because our friends had a place down the road. Even with a reservation, you’re not guaranteed any particular spot, and not all have power(different amps too), water, and sewer! So, you get there and have to drive around to find your spot, on STEEP hills and NARROW roads(we had maybe 6 inches of clearance trying to pass other rigs looking). We have a 28ft. trailer (30ft.with hitch) and our truck, so 50ft in all, it was awful!!! After a very stressful drive around the entire park, we had to back up a STEEP hill, while blocking traffic coming up a blind corner (there’s a mirror on the corner because it’s so bad) to get into a tiny spot, after several tries because the road is so NARROW and you can’t get the right angle!!! We thankfully got a spot with power and water, but not septic. If we could have gotten a refund and left, we would have, but they wouldn’t do that. Only wifi at the main entrance and community center, that was closed except for laundry. The bathrooms and showers were clean, but not all of them were open, so busy and at the bottom of the steep hill. Our only saving grace is that our spot had a look out about 15 ft. away, where we could see the ocean. Most spots don’t have an ocean view(G section, but some are long term, so not likely) just trees and neighbors, right next to you! There is 1 walking path to the beach in the C section, but from most of the campground it’s far and hilly, so we drove. We won’t be going back and wouldn’t suggest it for anyone with a big rig!!!

For Pacific City RV: Could be a gem but ... Serious sewage issues with 2 bathroom buildings and 1 dump closed. Not as many FH as advertised. Horrible road conditions. Two way road not big enough for 1. Very hilly with tight turns ok for 40 ft class A but not 60+ ft truck and fifth wheel. Beautiful views to ocean about ¾ mile away across major road down unkept forest trail. They rent sites for a year so people live there in tents and pop ups. Nice family center good pool icky hot tub. Won’t go back even when it’s free for us

For Pacific City RV: If you have a big rig - go some where else! There are very steep roads in this park. Parking for trailers or enclosed car haulers is VERY limited. Sites are narrow and cramped. The whole place is very hilly!
