Christmas

For Paris Mountain State Park: Beautiful area, nice trails, canoeing lake and paved campsites. Number 37 is level left to right but is slanted so I did have to crank it up some to get it level that wasn't a problem with my 24' 5th wheel, but could be if you were real long. Flat sites and some pull through do exist. The bath house is older but very nice in the inside. The finish on the outside shows it's age, but still very nice. It was somewhat confusing when you enter the park. They want you to pay for the day use, but your campsite does include the day use. It was full for the weekend so we didn't get it yesterday, but during the week they seem to have plenty of sites. If you don't have reservations we had to stop at the host, choose our site, unhook and then drive down to park office to pay. Summer time it might be different. The office has a nice display of some natural history of the area. It also has some Souvenirs to sell. They did have good WiFi at the park office, but the strength of AT&T was three bars at campsite and T-mobile was one bar.

I did reserve a separate paragraph for the road in. It is curvy and narrow without a good line of sight. My 5th wheel is only 24' long and 7' wide so it wasn't too bad, but I was happy that I didn't meet a large rig on a curve. Would have given it 5 stars if road was wider.

The Price 2

For Paris Mountain State Park: Beautiful State Park with very narrow windy road which was a little tricky pulling a 35 foot 5th wheel. Sites are not very level but they are wooded and shady. Probably won't go back just because our rig is a bit too large.
