For The Oaks At Point South RV Resort: Best for pit stop, not a destination resort. Staff is friendly and laundry is cheap (2.75 for one wash/dry cycle). It does have a bit of a rural feel and the confederate flags are flown high, but quiet place to stay. Sites are very close, restrooms overall well stocked but need updating and the trail to the lake could use a few more signs but nice lake to walk around.

For The Oaks At Point South RV Resort: Sub standard at every level. Roads are unpaved and were severely rutted. The pool did not look clean. This seems to be the case with a number of Encore resorts. I also resent being charged a $3 resort fee. Just add it into the daily fee structure.
