For Minute Man RV Park and Lodging: I love how close this is to the Badlands National Park and Wall drug. We actually stayed here for days. Leaving our RV here we were able to drive over to Custer State Park and drive the needles highway and iron Mountain highway so got a good share of tunnels and wildlife. We drove through the badlands at two different times of day. We enjoyed everything there was to see at Wall Drug. We had a zero day and took advantage if the inexpensive laundry facilities. The restroom looked clean enough. This was definitely not an upscale site due to both age and lack of care but it was available and its proximity to everything we wanted to do saved us $ on gas. It was overpriced for what it gave but we were content as we were not there except to sleep and it felt safe.

Frequent Traveler

For Minute Man RV Park and Lodging: Definitely not luxurious but near freeway yet quiet. Have pull-thru and back-in sites. Our pull-thru was long, gravel, FHU-50 amp but very narrow. Grass/weeds in between sites. Picnic table, fire ring. Pool. Most trees trimmed high but not all. Internal roads are OK for big rigs. Ours was a last-minute request to stay and we were very grateful they had one opening as all RV parks are very full this time of year. OK for a one or two-night stay. At one of the entrances to the Badlands (other entrance is Wall). Also close to Minute Man Missile Visitor Center. We used the phone app GyPSy to guide us through the Badlands and Wall. Excellent.

Anna

For Minute Man RV Park and Lodging: The owners need to do some upgrades to bring this park up to speed. The sites are long with gravel and a little grass but so tight you can almost shake hands thru the windows with the next trailer. Rob is a great camp host! We had an issue with the power pole and he was quick to fix it. He works hard keeping the place clean. The pool looked inviting and was clean too. Very convenient to the Bad Lands and Minuteman Missile Historic site.

Stljim

For Minute Man RV Park and Lodging: Pretty much agree with other reviews. Gritty rv camp but close to the bad lands. And if your running out of options a welcome site late at night.

Jill Hughes

For Minute Man RV Park and Lodging: We just wanted an overnight spot to tour the Badlands in our car leaving our 36’ motor home behind. Sites were long enough for us but our door faced our neighbor’s door. Shower house and pool closed. People who checked us in were very friendly and helpful. Very few trees. Gravel sites. Grassy areas for tents. Tent area had covered picnic tables at each site. It was perfect for our purpose but not great for an extended stay.

SN

For Minute Man RV Park and Lodging: We stayed at this campground for three days in July 2017. The bath house facilities are broken and dirty to the point of not being useable. We never saw or encountered a manger. There was occasionally a teenage boy on duty in the shop. All nights we were there a camper would pull in in the late afternoon and leave in the morning, never paying. No one was there to notice. Non-campers came to use the pool every day. There were loud parties in the middle of the night; not from the campers. Cars would pull up to the camp store, leave their car lights on, and people would get drunk and were very loud. I would highly discourage the use of this campground, especially if you have children. It felt unsafe.
