For Wakaw Lake Regional Park: Lots to do if it is not raining! Boat launch easy to use, but no marina so they offer lots of free trailer parking. Playground was fun for the kids and the beach was nicely kept. Ice cream stand also available. Water was very warm once we got in. Weedy near the shore but nice once you get away from the launch. Nice days are very busy on the water. Canoe and paddle boat rentals available. We took in some mini golf and there is also a golf course which we missed out on. Many amenities. But they surprise you. Once you have paid for your reservation they tell you you also need a day pass to get in and need to pay for the boat launch - extra $34.
