For TN40RV Campground: Just spent 2 months in this campground while handling some family business. New owners are working hard to make lots of positive changes. Laundry facilities were great. Didn’t use the showers but the bathhouse added in the back looks nice. Nice new pavilion area just added. Dump station updated. Most of all I can’t say enough about how good the office staff are. Always helpful and always smiling. This is on its way to being the best near Nashville destination.

For TN40RV Campground: It’s under new ownership and they are trying to make it better. It’s still got some rough campers and people out there. About 4am someone drove through the campground honking their horn twice...

For TN40RV Campground: Not recommended. All residents. Mostly 'long-term' residents.
