For KOA Nashville: Nice stay. Needs better internet. Concrete pads are not level. It is clean but expensive on holidays. Staff is very helpful.

For KOA Nashville: good stay. Staff was accommodating when we needEd to change sites due to size. Nice little breakfast and stuff for kids. Great location to opry and easy drive to downtown

For KOA Nashville: Did not stay there but was extremely frustrated with their reservation process. We called 6-8 hours before arrival to reserve a site. Within 10 minutes we called back to cancel due to a re-route in travel. They wanted to charge $65! We argued the 10 minute time lapse did equate lost business. They agreed to charge us $10 (still ridiculous). However the bank indicates they went ahead and charged us $65! Their logic of "lost business" from a ten minute reservation is ridiculous! The lost business they will experience will be from my future travels, & those who hear of their lack of customer care. It was 10 minutes! $65??? Wish I could give them "0" stars. We are now a bit leery of all KOA reservation policies!

For KOA Nashville: Great amenities for the price but was a little to loud for a tent because of the highway.
