Kimberly

For KOA Holiday Dallas Metro Arlington: Sites are packed in close together. The park seems to be filled nearly to capacity with full time residents and some are not doing their part to maintain a clean and safe feeling environment. As short-term guests, I always feel a little like an intruder if there are too many residents. The restroom and laundry facilities were closed for renovations, but we only actually saw workers there one day despite the fact we stayed four nights (mon-thur). The grass areas were in desperate need of mowing. The rig next to us had been there for three weeks and the owner said they hadn’t mowed in that time. Price is a bit higher than average, but I guess that’s to be expected so close to the city. We were able to use UBER and Lyft to get into Dallas for less than $30 each way. Always a good option if you want to have a drink. WiFi was pretty useless. Decent cable channels. Would probably stay again as it seems to be the best option for the area, but this park needs some TLC.

Sherryl Pond

For KOA Holiday Dallas Metro Arlington: We were disappointed in the upkeep. There were weeds and fire ants everywhere.

For KOA Holiday Dallas Metro Arlington: This is a large, clean park. There are some seasonal sites, but they are well kept up. The gravel sites are long and have picnic tables. The restrooms and showers clean and relatively modern. There is a large clean laundry, with newer machines. There is a small playground, a pool with chairs, & a small dog park. There is a clubhouse with couches and a kitchen, and the wifi works well in the clubhouse. We were only one row from the clubhouse, and the wifi was in and out. It is about 45 minutes from Dallas, but we were unable to find a park closer to the places we wanted to visit. It is a little high priced at $55 per night.
