For Gulf Coast RV Resort: A nearly perfect RV park. This is how an RV park should be built. Concrete roads, concrete pads, level sites, easy in and out. If you have a big rig like ours, you have to park in the front row as the turns are too tight elsewhere so call ahead and let ‘em know if you’re stopping in.
We stop here every time we’re passing by. Gulf Coast makes the annual Passport America fee worth the price. If there’s a downside, it’s the area. Beaumont gets a lot of rain and while the grass is kept trimmed and nice, if often wet. There’s also fire ants to watch for but they’ve been treating them and that’s improved.

For Gulf Coast RV Resort: Very clean, little older, a little overpriced. Pool open till 9 pm and there is a playground, a plus for us.

For Gulf Coast RV Resort: Stayed one night with 40' 5th wheel. Pull throughs nice and long but narrow, just take a wide turn in to stay on the cement. Excellent customer service. I had a hydraulic issue with slides and they gave me the name of the RV repair that does their own RVs. He was there the next morning and had the issue fixed in about 30 minutes. As of this review they are working on the on ramps for the normal Exit off I 10 to the park. Be sure to get the directions for the back way in. Very open and clean park with nice set up for 1 night stays parked pointing out to the gate.

For Gulf Coast RV Resort: Wonderful service booking campsite over the phone. Easy pull in, we were only staying one night, didn’t even have to unhook. I will agree with everyone else. The sites are long which is amazing, but they are a bit cramped on the sides. However, we did fine and were here when it was dry and sunny, so no problems there. The pool was open, we didn’t have time to use it. I did wash and dry clothes and it was easy and super cheap. Where they really shine is their bathrooms. Sparkling clean ALWAYS. Every time I went in there. Super super clean. And smelled wonderful. Thanks for an easy overnight and great experience!

For Gulf Coast RV Resort: Hard to reach on the phone while traveling, staff does not answer phone while tending to a guest face to face. Once in, you get great face to face attention. Park is clear cut oh trees, concrete roads and pads (all pull through). Roads are great, pads could stand to be wider to avoid getting tires into dirt or mud while turning onto pad. Once in, each pad has a concrete patio to aid getting in and out. It is large enough to align with most steps and holds a picnic table. Free breakfast is “okâ€, biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, sundry other items, and of course, coffee. Restroom/shower combos are fantastic. Cable and WiFi were great, as well-able to stream Netflix. Pet friendly, and a playground for kids. Only issue is those narrow pads. We had to pay $40 net of GS. This is a regular stop after leaving the Rio Grand Valley. We plan to return. 23’ TT with F150.

For Gulf Coast RV Resort: I do not understand the 5 star reviews. This is NOT a 5 star RV park. We made this our destination based on the other reviewers as five stars. The other reviews say it...narrow pads, LOTS of mud, deep ruts where other RVs couldn’t negotiate the turns. Our site had broken pavers to step onto from our RV. Mud squirted up between them. Another guest left a partially drunk bottled beverage and two RV steps on our picnic table. On the plus side, nice shower rooms—individual rooms with toilet, sink and shower—and were clean. Only four or 5 for the entire park, but it was not an issue for us. Also, they did provide a nice breakfast—waffles, cereal, biscuits, coffee and orange juice. So I think a solid three plus.

For Gulf Coast RV Resort: An unexpected gem! All sites are concrete pad pull throughs with full hookups. Friendly staff, ultra clean facility and grounds. They even provide a continental breakfast! Access is easy on good roads. As an added bonus, the newest Black Bear Diner (one of three in Texas) just opened in the Petro Truck Stop not far away! If I’m ever in the area I’ll stop back!
