For American RV Park: Older RV park with sites for campers and permanent residents. Camping sites are in the front of the property near the highway which is traveled by trucks starting at around 6am. Not distracting, but you will notice the traffic increasing. Evidently the park is under new ownership (office staff informed us), and the staff in the office are very friendly and helpful. Only real issue is the bath house which is clean, but needs a rebuild. Bathhouse is not located in the campers section, and is a small distance from the campers sites amongst the permanent residents section. Camping sites are very clean and large. Good electric and water stations with sewer drain.

For American RV Park: Ya know how sometimes you visit a park and say, “with a little work this place would be great!†Well American RV is doing that work and more. All the sites are either level concrete or blacktop pull/throughs long enough for our 31’ motorhome towing a trailer. Nice! And they’re improving the roads, building a pool, and generally making the place first class. Staff was helpful. The wifi worked well. And the price was a little less than I expected. Overall we were very pleased... we will be back for sure.

For American RV Park: I really liked this park. On edge of town so you hear cows mooing and get to watch a great flock of white egrets descend nightly. But it’s 1/2 mile to Walmart and lots of restaurants and the historic downtown. Quiet and clean. Laundry, propane, decent WiFi, lots of over-the-air TV channels. Half long-, half short-term RVers. About 1/3 of the park is shaded. Pull-through was long enough to park our 32-ft class C, 16-ft cargo trailer, and the Suburban. Very friendly staff.

For American RV Park: This was a good overnight, short stay place. The short stay folks are keep segregated from the long term occupants. The sites were close together and slop towards the back but I had no problem leveling on jacks. The services were all good as was the WiFi signal. Make sure you stay long enough to visit both the bakery and candy factory.

For American RV Park: Excellent service! We called late and the owners stayed to check us in. We did not use any facilities. Perfect for an overnight stay.
